My name is William J. Scott, and I am the new Executive Director of the Christamore House Family & Community Center. Having retired from Eli Lilly & Company in 2008 after 36 years of service, I now have the opportunity to pursue my other passion of working in the community service sector. My desire is to help make the Haughville neighborhood stronger. I am honored to be a part of this historical community service organization.      Thanks Anthony and I hope to be here for years to come. Although I’m not from Haughville my grandmother live on Pershing street for over 30 years so I’m very familiar with the neighborhood.

     Andre, thanks for the kind note. My vision is to enhance the youth department programs from Early Childhood Education, Afterschool TEEN and SQUAD programs that will provide more oportunities to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering and Math careers. I also plan to network and collaborate with other organizations that can share other career and college opportunities to our youth. Lastly, I’d like to see our youth take more Indiana college tours to see what the world has to offer them.
