Teen Opportunity Program (TOP)

This program is for in-school teenagers grades 9-12.  The program uses the Community Works curriculum to teach youth how to keep themselves and their communities safe.  This social development program includes tutoring, mentoring, college visits, leadership training, and service learning programs, recreation, snacks, and field trips.
